The work

What you would own.

01Build and maintain high-converting websites using no-code platforms, with a focus on reducing build cycles by 35%.
02Architect and expand a master library of modular, reusable functional components.
03Deliver pixel-perfect implementations — 95% or better match to Figma — with functionality working perfectly first try.
04Own the technical health of all client sites, maintaining a Google Lighthouse performance score of 90/100 or higher.
05Implement and manage complex tracking codes (GA4, GTM, conversion pixels) and CRM or email integrations.
06Provide timely technical support: critical bugs within 2 hours, standard issues within 12 hours.
07Implement advanced technical SEO recommendations, including schema markup and image optimisation.
08Manage account permissions and implement security measures and regular backups.
09Develop and document technical SOPs for scalable processes.
10Use platform-specific functionality or basic custom scripts to address client needs.
Fit

What we are looking for.

  • Proven experience with Webflow (preferred), Shopify or WordPress, with a portfolio showcasing clean, responsive builds.
  • A systems-first mindset — reusable components over repetitive builds.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a zero-rework attitude.
  • Solid understanding of web performance metrics (Core Web Vitals) and optimisation.
  • Familiarity with integrating a modern marketing stack — analytics, pixels, automation.
  • The ability to work under pressure and meet strict technical resolution deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal English.
  • Proactive initiative in identifying bottlenecks and suggesting improvements.

Nice to have, not required

  • Official certifications in Webflow, Shopify or advanced technical SEO.
  • Proficiency in custom CSS and JavaScript.
  • Experience in a high-intensity agency environment with global clients.
