The insight was simple — working women professionals aged 25-45 are the core demographic for premium lash services, and they're active on LinkedIn. Instead of waiting for them to click an ad, we went to them. Growthmak built a targeted LinkedIn outreach system to engage these professionals directly, turning a B2B platform into a B2C lead engine — and opening up a recurring stream of high-value customers that didn't exist before.

- Channel Gap Analysis: After 3 months of running paid ads, Growthmak audited the full customer journey and identified that the highest-LTV customers — working women professionals — were underrepresented in inbound ad traffic.
