Zoophire is Growthmak's own AI-powered end-to-end hiring platform — job posting and ATS screening through to candidate emails, interview scheduling and offer agreements for digital signing, with every manual handoff between stages removed. We designed and developed its landing page from blank canvas to live in 24 hours.
Our approach
That was possible for one specific reason: we built the product. There was no discovery phase and no briefing — the context that is normally the most time-consuming part of any website project was already in place. Positioning led on the outcome recruiters want, hiring faster without losing candidates to a slow process, rather than on the platform's AI capabilities; 'AI-powered' was treated as supporting context, with the copy focused on what the AI removes. The five-stage workflow became the page's primary visual anchor so prospects saw their own process reflected back. Objection handling was built into the structure to answer "will this replace my current stack?" before it was asked. AI tools were used across layout scaffolding, component generation, copy iteration and development — precisely because the brief was fully clear from the start.
