Amazing Lash Studio was already generating strong results through Google and Meta Ads — over 1,091 leads at roughly $24 CPL. But as ad costs climbed and lead volume plateaued, an untapped channel became obvious: working women professionals aged 25 to 45 are the core demographic for premium lash services, and they are active on LinkedIn. Instead of waiting for them to click an ad, we went to them.
Our approach
After three months of running paid ads we audited the full customer journey and found the highest-LTV customers were underrepresented in inbound traffic — present on LinkedIn, but unreachable through Google or Meta. We built a targeted outreach workflow identifying women professionals within a 15-mile radius of each franchise location, filtered by job title, industry and activity signals, with connection requests and follow-ups written to feel genuine rather than salesy. Rather than replacing ads, LinkedIn was layered on top: leads routed into the same booking pipeline, creating one growth system across paid and direct outreach. Response rates, acceptance rates and booking conversions were tracked weekly and messaging A/B tested per professional segment.
