What You'll Do

• Build Velocity Mastery: Build and maintain high-converting client websites using no-code platforms (Webflow, Shopify, WordPress, Wix) with a focus on reducing build cycles by 35% through standardized workflows.

• The Lego Engine: Architect and expand our master library of modular, reusable functional components to ensure every new project starts from a high-performance baseline.

• First-Pass Perfection: Deliver pixel-perfect implementations (≥ 95% match to Figma) and ensure functionality works perfectly on the first try to eliminate "Profit Tax" (rework hours).

• System Health Ownership: Own the technical health of all client sites, ensuring they maintain a Google Lighthouse performance score of 90/100 or higher through aggressive optimization.
  ‍
• Precision Integrations: Implement and manage complex tracking codes (GA4, GTM, Conversion Pixels) and deep integrations with CRMs and email marketing platforms.
  ‍
• Technical SLA Compliance: Provide timely technical support, adhering to our strict SLAs: resolving critical bugs within 2 hours and standard issues within 12 hours.

• SEO & Speed Optimization: Implement advanced technical SEO recommendations, including schema markup, minification, and image optimization for peak site speed.

• Access & Security: Manage account permissions for the team within client environments and implement baseline security measures and regular backups.

  Scalable Documentation: Develop and document technical SOPs to ensure our development processes remain scalable and consistent as we grow.

• Custom Logic: Utilize platform-specific functionalities or basic custom scripts (CSS/JS) to address unique client needs and push the boundaries of no-code platforms.

What You'll Bring

• Hands-on Platform Expertise: Proven experience with Webflow (preferred), Shopify, or WordPress, with a portfolio that showcases clean, responsive, and functional builds.
