The Opportunity: More Than Just Pixels

We are looking for a UI/UX Designer who understands the "Why" behind every design decision. At GrowthMak, design is not just about aesthetics; it is a primary engine for growth.

You are not just a designer; you are a growth enabler. Your ultimate goal is to make a conversion happen. We’re looking to transform our clients' digital assets from "static brochures into active 24/7 lead generation tools", and your design expertise is the key to doing so.

You will be expected to have a growth mindset, leveraging the latest AI tools to amplify your skills, enabling you to deliver higher quality work at a faster pace. If you are a strategic thinker who can prove your designs get results, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the Conversion: Take full ownership of the user journey, from first click to conversion, designing websites, landing pages, and user interfaces that are relentlessly "conversion-focused".
• Strategy & Research: Go beyond the brief. Conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze data (from tools like Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity) to understand user behavior and identify optimization opportunities.
• Design & Prototype: Create wireframes, user flows, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes that effectively communicate your design vision and are built on a "user-centric design" philosophy.
• Champion CRO: Act as our internal expert on Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO). You will be responsible for developing hypotheses, running A/B tests, and iterating on designs to continuously improve performance metrics.
• AI-Amplified Workflow: Actively use and explore AI-powered design tools to accelerate your workflow, from research and ideation to asset creation and testing.
• Collaborate & Articulate: Work directly with our co-founders, strategists, and developers to ensure your designs are not only beautiful and effective but also technically feasible and perfectly aligned with client goals.

What We're Looking For 

• A Proven Portfolio: You must have a portfolio that clearly demonstrates your work and—most importantly—provides proof of how your designs directly improved conversion rates and other key business metrics.
• Deep CRO Expertise: You have a deep understanding of Conversion Rate Optimization, A/B testing, user psychology, and persuasive design principles.
• Growth Mindset: You are curious, data-driven, and relentlessly focused on results. You see design as a "Strategy Before Tactics" methodology.
• Technical & Design Fundamentals:‍
  
  • Expert proficiency in modern design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).
  • Strong experience in conducting user research, interviews, and usability testing.
  • A solid grasp of "SEO-optimized architecture" and "mobile-optimized experiences" from a design perspective.

• AI-Curious: You are excited by the potential of AI in design and are eager to learn and implement new tools to enhance your productivity and creativity.
• Excellent Communicator: You can clearly articulate the "Why" behind your design decisions, linking them directly to business objectives and conversion goals.
