Job Description
Growthmak is looking for an AI Growth Operations Intern to be the engine of our founder-led sales outreach. This is a high-intensity, 45-day sprint where you will act as a Human-in-the-loop, orchestrating a complex workflow involving Claude, Clay, and Comet to build our sales universe from scratch.
Responsibilities
- Orchestrate AI Workflows: Execute proprietary Claude skills to generate ICP documents, target segmentations, and tool-level targeting plans.
- Data Universe Construction: Manually navigate Clay's UI to build and refine company searches, ensuring AI-driven results are accurate and high-quality.
- Technical Troubleshooting: Monitor automated actors/scripts and fix execution logic in real-time when tools break.
- Linguistic Quality Control: Verify and refine outreach messaging so every message is contextually relevant and linguistically perfect.
- High-Volume Execution: Manage LinkedIn/Sales Navigator outreach across 4 executive accounts (including Founders) at 200 messages per account per week.
- Performance Logging: Track reply rates, response rates, and credit utilization. Participate in Monday Strategy War Rooms.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Exceptional English linguistic proficiency - able to spot bot-like text and rewrite it to sound professional and human.
- Technical intuition / hacker mindset - proactive problem-solver comfortable with browser-based automation, API limits, and tool breakages.
- Extreme professional discipline and meticulous reporting.
- Zero-tolerance attention to detail (you'll represent the Founders' personal brands).
- Growth mindset; naturally curious about AI, prompt engineering, and modern sales tech-stacks.
